As you enter the gate to the property, the driveway is beautifully lined with traveler and queen palms. Continue up the drive occasionally glimpsing the river and soon you will see the 4700 square foot island house which has a fully remodeled kitchen, a prep kitchen, laundry room, large living room, family room/bedroom, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (5 full and 3 half), and a stunning Sunroom with a large live-edge dining table and 24 chairs where the whole group can enjoy meals together.

Four bedrooms are on the main floor: The Master Bedroom and Bathroom is to the right of the front door and is a quiet place for mom and dad or grandpa and grandma.  Bedroom 2 (Sunroom Bedroom) is just off the sunroom, Bedroom 3 (Honeymoon Suite) is next to the pool with spectacular views of the water and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is the Family Room with doors and shades that can be closed for privacy.  From the kitchen, you can go up the stairs to Bedroom 5 and common area (the Bridal Suite) with a Queen daybed/trundle, a Victorian Bathroom, and a Victorian Powder room. Up three more stairs, there is the 6th Bedroom (Loft) with 5 twin beds which is a perfect spot for the bridesmaids, family members or friends before and after the wedding.

An spectacular overlooks the water and pool making it a great place to relax while also being able to watch the children swim. The island also hosts a large clubhouse where you can setup a game night. Our Harbor Gazebo and Captains Lookout has great water views and plenty of seating provide a serene and relaxing setting.  A heated saltwater swimming pool helps melt away the cares of the day. If you walk up the driveway there are many exotic trees and several species of birds. It is a delight to share our beautiful island with you and your family.
