We wanted a place to getaway from our busy life, somewhere different and off the beaten path. With lots of space and separate entrances, each space feels like its own private area. With a couple of options for meeting and hanging out, there was enough space for multiple families to feel connected, but have their own space. Great views, beautiful sunsets, an all-around relaxing atmosphere. Warm heated pool for evening swims and spacious property for walks. We can’t wait to come back next year!

VACATION AT GRACE RIVER ISLAND RESORT
A vacation to remember is awaiting you at Grace River Island Resort. Come swim in our heated saltwater pool, and explore the tropical enclaves along the cobblestone driveway. Enjoy lawn games on the immaculate artifical turf at the sunset point. You can also bring your boat or rent one to water ski, tube, or explore the Caloosahatchee River. We provide 1 large and 2 small kayaks, 5 fishing poles and Kraken Tackle Bait Shop is nearby. The house has several large gathering areas and is large enough to accommodate up to 24 people. Come relax, refresh, reconnect and make lifetime memories.

With 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms (5 full and 3 half) and beds for 24 people, you can bring your whole family or just your significant other for a quick getaway on our quiet tropical island.
FAMILY VACATIONS
With over 24 pillows in six comfortable sleeping areas, we can accommodate your large group. Come here to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend time with your family and friends. We have great indoor spaces to share meals and fellowship. There is also great outdoor spaces by the pool and for relaxing and bonding as a group. We have grills and tables around the pool for group meals. It if too warm or raining, we have an AC sunroom and large clubhouse. We provide kayaks, fishing poles and lawn games for your enjoyment.
THE SPACE
As you enter the gate to the property, the driveway is beautifully lined with traveler and queen palms. Continue up the drive occasionally glimpsing the river and soon you will see the 5000 square foot island house which has a nice kitchen, a large living room, a family room/bedroom, 6 bedrooms, and a sunroom overlooking the sunset with a large live-edge dining table where the whole group can enjoy meals together.
Three bedrooms are on the main floor: The Master Bath and bedroom are adjacent to the family room, Bedroom 2 (Family Room/Groom's Suite) is just off the sunroom and Bedroom 3 (Poolside Bedroom) is near the main entrance. From the kitchen, you can go up upstairs to a large common room (the Bridal Suite) with a Queen couch with sofa sleeper, a Victorian Bathroom, and a Victorian Powder room. Up three more stairs, there is a loft with 5 twin beds.
An air-conditioned sunroom overlooks the river and pool making a great place to relax while also being able to watch the children swim. The island also hosts a clubhouse with a large TV and hang out area. Great for playing table games! A large gazebo and Sunset Dock have great water and sunset views. Warm up during the winter and work on your tan by the heated salt water swimming pool. If you walk up the driveway there are many exotic trees and several species of birds. It is a delight to share our beautiful island with you. Come make memories that will last a lifetime. It will take your breath away!
